refund policy -
In general, once tuition fees have been paid, they cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
However, in the cases below, once the application fee and actual expenses have been deducted, the tuition fees and miscellaneous expenses will be refunded.・Rejection of certificate of eligibility (COE) Full refund
・Rejection of visa issuance at Overseas Japanese Embassy Full refund
・Admission withdrawal before coming Japan. Full refund
・Dropping out of school for a justifiable reason such as advancing to higher education. Calculate on quarterly basis and refund.
※We will NOT refund any money in the following cases:
-Student(s) break the law or school rules.
-Student(s) are expelled from school.
Scholarship system
Osaka Japanese Language Academy Supporters’ Association has set the Scholarship for supporting overseas students who study at OJA, and its aim is to send the talented people who are able to succeed in the Japanese society.

- The regional enterprises that are related to Osaka Japanese Language Academy have gathered, starting a group called 「Osaka Japanese Language Academy Supporters’ Association」, for supporting the overseas students. Its aim is to send talented people who are able to succeed in the Japanese society.

- The Scholarship students will be decided fairly upon their future dreams, goals, and contributions given to their mother country, as well as Japan.
- Terms for receiving the Scholarship

・The Scholarship student must use it to reach a goal.
・Recipient must have enrolled more than 1 year at OJA, and proceeding to continue learning Japanese.
